We aim to provide clear and transparent refund policies to ensure your confidence in our services.
Subscription Services
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your Xeek subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Once you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period, after which your access to paid features will be restricted.
- To cancel your subscription, log into your account, navigate to the Billing Section, and follow the instructions for cancellation.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. However, please note the following conditions for requesting a refund:
Subscription Fees
- No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a month, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of that billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase. A prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your annual subscription beyond the 14-day period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as a system failure on our part that significantly impacts service functionality, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Xeek. Please contact our support team for more information.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at care@xeek.app with the following details:
- Your name
- Account email address
- The reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or invoice number
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the specific purchase terms for more details.
- Setup fees: Subscriptions active for more than 30 days are non-refundable.
- Usage Fees: Promotional discounts and free trials may be subject to specific refund conditions.
